Chronicles of the Kingdom is more than just a fun game to play, it can also be used as a teaching tool!

Every Sunday I use Chronicles of the Kingdom with a dual purpose - to start the session off with a fun activity, and as a teaching aid to help the kids visualise the topic we are talking through.

Here's a snapshot of some prep I did a few weeks ago:

The kids loved it and we talked about Israel's rebellion after hearing the spies report of giants in the promised land!

We landed on Jesus words in Luke 10:19 as the memory verse for the week:

"I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you."

I'll post more examples I've used in the future, and I'll also be creating a teaching guide that will be available as part of the Kickstarter, which will provide examples of which cards can be used for certain themes and how to talk through them.
